The iconic building sitting on 89 Neil Road is the latest addition to our vision of The Working Capitol’s Keong Saik Campus. Formerly the Tiger Balm factory, evident with the rooftop pagoda shaped like their trademark bottle, the building was erected in 1924 in a beautifully intricate Neoclassical style.

Today, all 23,000 sqft of the building, or 89NR as we aptly and affectionately call it, serves as an extension of The Working Capitol’s campus effect.
